June is just around the corner and we have been working hard on a big restructure programme for a major fmcg company.   It’s a sign of the times but we have completed so many restructures that we think this is becoming a specialist subject for us.  We can translate everything we have done for our big client to our smaller clients and to be honest we love working with you because it’s so much easier to achieve the right result (less red tape!).
