- Fees are agreed on a flexible basis and can be ‘one off’ or phased payments may be possible.
One Stop Package - For those of you who have Contracts of Employment and an Employee Handbook but need to stay compliant.
- Annual review of your employment contracts, employee handbook and associated policies.
- Access to all our online documents.
- Regular email newsletters.
- £30 per month plus VAT or £350 plus VAT if paid in lump sum.
Outsource Package - Ongoing ‘retainer’ support.
- Review and update of current contracts & handbook.
- First three months at hourly rate.
- From month four - set up as retainer arrangement with cost as average from the first three months (helpline only).
- Sign up for 12 months and get access to online products and a guarantee to have your time/usage reviewed at the 12 month stage.
- Other ‘one off’ projects such as training, charged as fixed fees.
Pay as you go - A very flexible solution for companies with ad hoc HR needs.
- Time charged on an hourly rate basis in 15 minute multiples.
- All telephone calls and email responses timed to ensure you get value for money.
