For six key clients we can offer a special package. This package includes everything within the HR Troubleshooter package plus 4 hours support per month – could your business benefit from this extra help?
- Everything included in the Troubleshooter package plus 4 hours of on site time to use in any way that suits your business. Examples are:
- Attending complex disciplinaries and grievances as your guide and HR Representative
- Acting as HR Director at your Board meetings and ensuring an implementation plan is actioned post meeting
- Conducting selection interviews or assessment centres to make sure you get exactly the right person
- Writing new policies or designing other materials such as training courses
- Training your staff in selection interviewing, conducting appraisals or in dealing with disciplinaries.
